Should our area submit a bid to be considered as part of a new National Park in the wider Glen Affric-Ben Wyvis region? 

What are the pros of National Park status? What might be the downsides? What do you want our area to be like in 10 or 20 years time, and is a National Park a good way to get there? How does the nomination and consultation process work? And what even is a National Park?

From promoting local development and affordable housing to coordinating re-wilding and visitor management, there's a lot a Park can do to improve things. But maybe you have doubts as well as aspirations?
